<description>Great article! But then Jeff&#039;s are always rich with practical and valuable content. I heard Jeff speak not long ago and immediately went to my hotel room and grabbed www.ArticlesByBill.com.
My registrar is 1and1.com, which automatically renews on your credit card so you don&#039;t have theGo@#$%^, Daddy problem with losing one. They have 24/7 telephone service also, which I have so far found to be competent and timely.
Alex, thank you for providing so much Good Stuff!</description>

		<description>Hi Alex,

I must disagree about the registrar this is very important if you want to assure yourself that you will own and control your domain ownership. I am not usually one to just blurt out names, most of the time I try to generalize points I refer to in a negative manner.

But since you brought up GoDaddy this is one place I have had four different friends that had their, aged domains stolen literally. One of these people tried to extend the registration on his domain they would not allow him to pay them without sending ID info. He faxed them copies. Then GoDaddy said no we need the originals. If you are a driver how do you send your drivers license to GoDaddy and still legally drive? And why would they require this to just give them money to keep your domain active?

There is more, but my point is that you need to own and control your domain! Name Cheap is a company that gives you control Not sure about Mustang or EMI.

OK off that subject.

Yes there is an art so to speak to picking a domain name and verbally-centered is great depending where you want to go. Keywords should play a large part in your choice, With most of the main keywords taken a short long tail keyword is almost more effective getting to the top of searches. And Google is again changing the algorithms to accommodation their AdWords sales so drilling down into keywords and finding a good long tail may in the long run be better after they are done changing things around this time.

Building and doing the SEO work not only on a site but to draw traffic is a lot of work. An article with the proper keywords submitted to EzineArticles should not only do very well with Twitter exposure but very likely will get organic traffic also.

Thank You

		<description>Brad,

I get my domains from www.EMIdomains.com but what&#039;s most important is not the registrar, it&#039;s the domain name ... so whether it&#039;s GoDaddy, Mustang or www.EMIdomains.com ... make sure you have a verbally-centered domain that&#039;s easily understood by your audience.

Good Sales,

		<description>Hi Alex,

As always you have some great information. I didn&#039;t realize that Twitter was posted to by EzineArticles, very cool thing, Thanks.

I don&#039;t know much about Mustang Marketing Domains. Do you own your own domain purchase and have full control over them, or do they own them? I personally use Name Cheap. Because I have my own account and control just like a broker does.
If so that is great.

Also I was wondering about about no follow links on blogs for the people that comment. Is there a reason that most of the big blogs have gone to no follow links? I almost seems like a somewhat selfish move to preach success and not give credit to the faithful people that actually take the time to reply and help build content on the big sites.

Just a tip for if you don&#039;t know how to tell if a site has no follow links. There is a nice little FireFox add-on &quot;SearchStatus&quot; that will give you the information you need to determine if a site is actually worthy of taking the time to post on.

Thank You Again Alex Great Info.
