    Hi Alex

    I enjoyed this interview. Back when I was a therapist I took extensive training in TimeLine Therapy. Bottom line, it helps you to do 2 important things with the past

    1. Make a place for it, and

    2. Put it in it’s place, which is behind you, a chapter in a book you do not have to read again.
