It's a precursor to hopfully Years of Leadership Training to the Eagle's Nest! A tough piece of reasoning for an 11 year old, so we sell the concept with this story. It blew me away, not only because of the great inspiration, but because of the close similiarity to the parable in my ne book. In it my wife and I talk about our past lives of restriction and feeling stuck with old mindsets and how we changed our way of thinking. The geese story is used to portray parts of our experiences using the V formation and flying south as analogies for doing things right.
