agree - we can learn such great lessons from Geese. We just need to practice them a little more. First saw your video on http://snurl.com/b2or3. Your video is so inspiring. Thanks for sharing. Blessings.

ALEX,

This video is great! From now on I will not look at Geese in the same way. If only we, who are in the marketing/selling business would use the strategy of the lowly Geese in creating teamwork, our successes would be tremendous. Alex, I can't thank you enough for this analogy. Have a great day!

Peace & Greetings Alex, My Brother,

In the Scouting Movement we've passed this Story of the Geese down through the ages. With each new Trooper (and Big Kids, too~The Parents),I watch as this piece of Indian Lore is told by a senior Scout to the Tenderfoots and Webelos. It's a precursor to hopfully Years of Leadership Training to the Eagle's Nest! A tough piece of reasoning for an 11 year old, so we sell the concept with this story. Many of our bouys have only recently been pried off their Momma's couch, so this Video in the Church Basement, supplemented by Oral traditions, will help us with our Life MISSION: Turning Boys to MEN~With a capital M!
Thank you for the Posting! We are Boy Scout Troop 1318 of Vernon Chapel A.M.E. Church of Detroit!

Alex,
This is awesome! I'm eager to share this with my tribe. Thank you for calling our attention to it. Sometimes the simplest things can carry the greatest messages. There are leadership books out there that don't say as much as this short video. Thanks so much.

Alex,

Thanks so much for sharing this video.

Things have changed from the status quo. It is no longer about doing it alone, but about collaboration and community as the next level of consciousness is reached.

It is about embracing and trusting our capable colleagues and asking for assistance when needed and giving of one's expertise freely when asked.

Many great lessons. I look forward to watching again and sharing this with others.

Much love and aloha,
Dr. Amy

This is amazing. Thanks for sharing this. My friend and mentor and bird watching expert, John Robinson (www.onmymountain.com), sent me the link to this article. It blew me away, not only because of the great inspiration, but because of the close similiarity to the parable in my ne book. In it my wife and I talk about our past lives of restriction and feeling stuck with old mindsets and how we changed our way of thinking.
The geese story is used to portray parts of our experiences using the V formation and flying south as analogies for doing things right.
I don't usually blatently promote my book in someone else's blog like this, but this is related I just had to.
If anyone would like to help promote it and share in the earnings, just get in touch.
Thanks Alex for sharing this.

Alex, what a way to make a point about teamwork and not going it alone. I see the geese out of my back window everyday and they are really neat to watch. Thanks for the video and I am passing it on!!
