Inspiring interview! I was personally able to attend his inaugural book signing event at St. Andrews College in Aurora, Ontario, Canada.

I just listened to the replay, and I'm looking forward to playing this audio to my kids, age 11 and 9. I love Bilaal's question, what would happen if we didn't wait until we were adults to make a change? I waited for years, even as an adult, to feel "old enough". I'm in my 40's now and clearly "old enough" and yet many people my age now say they are too old! I love your advice about taking action, so we can gain the experience necessary to be successful. That's what Alex is so brillant at; he encourages all of us to take action with his great quote, "Sloppy success is better than perfect mediocrity." Thanks too Alex for sharing the vision book idea.
