I'd like to put a slightly different edge to the responses here. I don't like the course because of Gary's "Motivational speaker goal guy" ideas around 'Comfort Zones'.

If you are outside of your comfort zone you are not discovering where your true talents lie. You may be "Growing" but are you succeeding? When you look at the real successes, that is people with true health, wealth and happiness, they don't work outside of their comfort zones. Sure they stepped out to find what it was like but they don't stay there.

Alex I've seen you at work in the flesh and done your VBT training and you stick where you feel best and where the work is easiest because your comfort zone tells you it where you should be and that is why you discovered your true talent, which is a thing few people do.

Comfort zones are not a challenge they are a marker. Life isn't a challenge it's an experience. OIf it feels uncomfortable you are doing it wrong.

I agree that you should discover where the limitations of your comfort zones are because that shows you where you should stick around and get real good. All the greats, in sports, politics, families, business, medicine, anything, are great because they get to where they are really comfortable and stay there. They then specialise and get really good.

Tony Robbins has been where he is for 30 years. You Alex have stuck to the teleseminars and speaking because you love it. And in the years I've been following you I for one am glad you don't move around too much ;-)

I'm sorry if anyone thinks this is negative but all this continual 'Growth' and being uncomfortable every day is just so much hype from people who themselves don't spend everyday being uncomfortable or growing.

Alex you told me personally at the Knowledge in London you don't earn more than you need to now because that would mean less time with your family and that would make you uncomfortable.

He makes me laughs. When he said that the trophy of Tiger Woods is for virtuous behavior!!!
the guy (tiger Wood) is a creep who cheats on his wife at the rate of 40k per hooker he hires.
so, this guy (blair) doesnt know what he is talking about. He pats corrupted people on the back!

John, I'm so glad you dropped by and shared your comment about the "100 Day Challenge"

I met with Gary in Los Angeles just last week and was telling him about the overwhelming positive feedback he's getting on this blog and elsewhere. Best of luck for the next 50 days.

I am so grateful for embarking on the 100 Day Challenge. I have been meeting and exceeding my goals set for the first 40 days already. I have upped my goals to move even further. When was the last time that you adjusted your goals up?
I'm now heading to my first spin class. I've lost 14 pounds and I now go to the gym 3-4 days/wk and I'm heading toward adding more time for me.
I have made amazing strides in my business as well. I feel more in control of what's happening in my life, I take responsibility and I am starting fast and finishing strong.
I have taken many courses before, but this one beats all the other courses/challenges.
Congrats to all fellow 100 Day Challengers..I know that you have to be excited too.
I am a convinced believer and I think it's my best investment for 2009...by far!!

Gary really knows his stuff, doesn't he? He was fun to interview and his "100 Day Challenge" is changing lives ... one day at a time ;-)

Thanks for commenting,

Hi. I'm enjoying the virtual book tour very much - had to push pause to write this. As a participant in the 100 Day Challenge, I can say that the impact Gary's daily coaching has had on my business is exhilarating. This website looks like one I should peruse some more, too.... Thanks for posting the tour.

Nothing is more powerful than the emotional motivation of a Challenge. The "100 Day Challenge" is such motivation to assist you to get more results, faster, better and easier ... if and only if you apply what you learn.

I'm glad your stopped by, Ken. And I'm glad you're participating.
