In Part 1 of this Marketing Paradoxes three part series, you learned about the Paradox of Distribution which I defined as follows:

“You can’t get adequate distribution of a product until you’ve proven it can sell; but you can’t prove a product can sell until you’ve gotten adequate distribution in the market.”

In Part 2, you learned about the Paradox of Choice which I defined as:

“The more choices you have, the more paralyzed you become as a result of your inability to make clear buying decisions. The more indecisive you become, the less freedom you have in making buying decisions.”

In Part 3 (what you’re reading now), you’re about to discover and learn about the 3rd and most powerful Marketing Paradox which I coined as the Paradox of Syndication.

Here’s my first crack at its definition:

“The greater the percentage of visitors – readers, listeners, viewers – who consume your content on your own websites or blogs, the less relevant you become on the World Wide Web.”

If you want to grow your business faster, better and with less human effort (especially if you’re an Info Marketer), utilize the Paradox of Syndication as your instant passport to more wealth and status.

J. Paul Getty said, “I’d rather have 1% of one hundred peoples’ efforts than 100% of my own.” That quote notes the principle behind what fuels the Paradox of Syndication.

Any form of syndication can empower your online or offline business to grow faster and gain more marketing reach faster, better and with less personal effort … even if you’re starting from scratch!

Written another way, the Paradox of Syndication insinuates:

“The greater the percentage of visitors – readers, listeners, viewers – who consume your content on other websites or blogs, the more absolute relevance you’ll have on World Wide Web.”

I know that may sound a bit “counter-intuitive,” but isn’t that what a paradox is? Remember in Part 1 how Wikipedia defines “Paradox?”

Here it is again for your quick review:

“A Paradox is a true statement that leads to a contraction or situation which defies intuition; or inversely, it can be a contradiction that actually expresses a non-dual truth.”

From a marketer’s perspective, the principle of syndication means getting more “market reach” faster, better and easier.

And when it comes to gaining more “market reach” for your business (especially if you’re an Info Marketer), you must learn how to make your content more available (through the power of “syndication”) on other websites and blogs.

Example: If you produce a live Tele-Webcast on your own website or blog, your affiliate partners will be far less motivated to send you traffic than if the Tele-Webcast or Teleseminar or Webinar was available on their websites or blogs.

The practice of sending traffic without getting paid is commonly called bit slinging in Internet Marketing circles and many of the top affiliates simply refuse to do it.

But if you utilize InstantTeleWebcast, you instantly and easily have the ability to “syndicate” your content so it can simulataneously be distributed (just like a newspaper, radio or television show) on many other locations (websites and blogs) besides your own!

Once you start thinking this way, you become a syndicator, just like Ted Turner, Steve Jobs, Rupert Murdoch or Oprah Winfrey.

The major TV networks such as ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox Networks, all acquired their market reach and status as a direct result of the power and force of syndication.

In the 20th century, Albert Einstein remarked that “the principle of compounding is the most powerful force in the entire Universe.”

In the 21st century, Alex Mandossian says that “the principle of syndication is the most powerful force in the Marketing Universe.”

Key Point: Your future marketing success – online or offline – is determined by your future ability to syndicate.

Once your start capitalizing your syndication capabiltities and make your content available other websites and blogs (as well as your own), you’ll enjoy more market reach, faster, better and easier.

End of story.

If you want to see the power of syndication in full force, visit my Teleseminar Secrets Blog and you’ll discover promotional videos that are viewed more often on other websites and blogs (such as YouTube) than my own!

What To Do Now: Please give me your candid comment below and tell your friends and colleagues to read this post and give me their candid comments below as well.

C’mon now … grab your mouse and send your two email referrals so your friends can access this blog post without a required ”opt-in.”

Your courtesy will be most appreciated ;-)

Hosting two Tele-Clinics (Back-2-Back) can lead to long-term profits…

Story Behind Tele-Clinic #1: On July 7th, 2008 I purchased a URL www.NewAmazingSoftware.com which is a “forwarding” URL to track the opt-in conversion of a “squeeze” page for a free Teleseminar.

I’ll refer to it in this CASE STUDY as Tele-Clinic #1 because it’s the first of two Tele-Clinics on Thursday evening, July 17th.

Tele-Clinic #1 is scheduled at 5pm Pacific (8pm Eastern) and it even has an online “step-by-step” tutorial you can experience now by visiting: <a href="http://www.SmartStartSitePreview.com" target="_blank">www.SmartStartSitePreview.com

Story Behind Tele-Clinic #2: On April 23rd, 2008, I took out my handy FlipVideo player and created a 15-minute impromptu video of the actual “Limo Consultation” Wayne Van Dyck paid me for. (It’s the video on this post!)

This is a time-proven marketing strategy I’m utilizing more and more for product launches and I call it the “Video Flipping” method.

What you do is to get yourself a Flip Video recorder for under $200 and then take live videos that represent your video sales letter! It’s fast. It’s fun. And it works like gangbusters!

The purpose of the video (taken live on April 23rd, 2008) was to promote Wayne’s new amazing software tool that I decided to “rebrand” as Smart Start Sites. (Again, the video on this post is the video I’m talking about).

When you’ve got 15 minutes to spare, watch this video (the one on this post) from beginning until end because you’ll discover how “video flipping” makes for the most authentic and most effective product launches possible.

Tele-Clinic #1 Recap: Tele-Clinic #1 happens on July 17th at 5pm Pacific/8pm Eastern (it may have already happened if you’re reading this post after that date) and I’ve promoted it at <a href="http://www.newamazingsoftware.com/">NewAmazingSoftware

Results: The conversion ranged from a whopping 38.3% to up to 61.4% at www.NewAmazingSoftware.com … depending on the traffic sources. Over 2,100 people registered and I made a point NOT to have a “recording” or “replay” of Tele-Clinic #1 available to influence more people to listen live.

Does the “Back-2-Back” teleseminar launch method make sense?

Tele-Clinic #2 Recap: Over 83 people opted to take advantage of the $1 trial for 14 days and take part in Tele-Clinic #2 within 48 hours of my first email invitation. (I imposed a registration limit for Tele-Clinic #2 for the first 250 people to influence more sign-ups).

With more $1 test-drives in the queue before July 17th … I could create a bigger “stand-by” list which involved anyone who wanted to register beyond the first 250.

The concept of “First-come, first-served” is an effective Actionizer (elicits immediate action) and the “stand-by” list method is also effective because as some of the first 250 registrants drop out or cancel, they immediately get replaced by “stand-by” list people.

Results: Typically, if you do the “Back-2-Back” campaign method right, you’ll get about a 20-30% attrition or cancel rate. But, that’s okay if you have plenty of “stand-by” list registrants replace any of the future “dropouts.” :-)

Now I have no idea if you’ll ever utilize the “Back-2-Back” methodology to launch your next software product or membership sites, if you’ve read this far, I certainly hope you give this marketing method a fair try.

And if you sell or promote anything on ClickBank, I do encourage you to take a closer look at the advantages of what Smart Start Sites has to offer your business … especially if you’re a “start-up” or make less than $250K online.

“Never invent, always improve.”<img align="right" src="http://www.alexmandossian.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/05/target1.thumbnail.jpg" alt="Target" />

This four-word sentence is indelibly etched in my mind right now. I also have that quote framed and hanging on the wall of my home office.

The marketing philosophy of choosing improvement over invention has generated millions of dollars for my info publishing business and my students’ businesses.

Although the idea of becoming an “Improver” is not as sexy as being known as an “Inventor,” it is improvement, not invention, that has generated billions for some of the most renowned Thought Leaders in history. Ironically, many of these folks have been inaccurately dubbed as “Inventors.”

Here’s one example: Nikola Tesla invented the modern alternating current electric power (AC) systems. Thomas Edison improved it. Telsa died broke. Edison died a millionaire.

Here’s another: Charles Haanel is the true “father of the personal development” in my opinion. He invented The Master Key System, yet he died in obscurity acknowledged by only a few loyal followers.

Napoleon Hill improved Haanel’s philosophies and commercialized it with Think And Grow Rich and today is publicly acknowledged as “father of personal development.”

Here’s another example to drill my point deep…

The “assembly line” was invented long before Henry Ford walked through a meat-packing house in Chicago on one fateful afternoon. He observed that each butcher had a single, specialized task. This was nothing new to the meat-packing industry, but it was revolutionary and a brand new innovation for automaking.

Henry Ford was NOT the Inventor of the assembly line. He was the Improver. Yet, it was this single improvement that gave Ford a definitive competitive advantage over his 2,000+ auto manufacturing rivals at the time. As a result, Henry Ford became one of the wealthiest human beings of his era.

What does improvement have to do with you?

If you’re an author, info marketer (Infopreneur) or small business owner who utilizes information to accelerate the growth of your business, then the single most powerful “improvement” you can make to your bottom line is utilizing the power of “repurposing.”

I didn’t coin the term, but I’m doing whatever it takes to make it common among my students and Infopreneurs throughout the world. And I do talk about it a lot in Virtual Book Tour Secrets.

Because you’ve read this far, then my sense is you’re wondering how “improvement” can add a few zeros to your profit margins. If you’re nodding your head yes right now, then I encourage you to start repurposing your existing info products, rather than inventing new ones from a standing start.

Repurposing always requires less human effort on your part because you get to avoid the trouble and struggle of creating or “inventing” new info products from scratch. There’s nothing “sexy” about that.

All I’m encouraging you to do then is to simply repurpose what you already have into new versions (creating new “product species,” as I call them) and automatically fatten your bottom line faster, better and a lot easier.

End of story.

To get a clearer picture of how repurposing can accelerate the growth of your information marketing business (practically overnight), set aside a few minutes right now to check out <a target="_blank" href="http://www.WatchAlexTV.com">www.WatchAlexTV.com

And make sure you download the surprise bonus gift that I’ve reserved for you … I give you a private download link at the end of the video (the VBT training opportunity is over for 2008, but the bonus gift at the end is available to you and your colleagues forever).

November 20th, 2002 was an important day for me.

On that evening, I drove into the Book Passage (bookstore) parking lot in Corte Madera, CA and I met Al and Tipper Gore during their live “physical” book signing. I was shocked when I discovered that they only sold a few hundred books. I knew there had to be a better way.

The better way to sell books or info products is a Virtual Book Tour … which has been the topic of this video blog and my 4-module series.

Since 2002, I’ve conducted nearly a hundred Virtual Book Tours (“VBTs”). And today, I charge almost $5K to interview authors (for 60 minutes) and mail my online list on their behalf.

If you’re reading this before June 5th at 6pm Pacific (9pm Eastern), that evening I’m hosting a live Preview Call for my VBT teleseries and I want you to attend.

If you register before the dealine, you’ll save $79 on your tuition as a result of reading this blog post with this Discount Code: <font color="#ff0000">gabe1025.
