I dont remember the 9 steps or how to strengthen them
but it was nice listening to someone who believes in them.
so the 3 areas she describes are relationships, health/weight loss
and money.
did she take the Harv Ecker class or the CHristopher Howard class
by any chance? sounds like she did.
Harv Ecker says “do whatever it takes…”
and she says “no matter what…”
pretty close.
